Project Description:
DAMAC Properties is developing Garden Heights; located at New Cairo as a unique mixed use development built on 1,500 feddans with a total built-up area of 4,865,069 m². The work is planned to be completed (12) months after the project Commencement Date, including the durations for procurement, excavation works, backfilling works, storing and grading works. The Construction site is divided into four main phases. Each phase will be laid out as an arrangement of strips each with a 50 m offset.
